Naher Media reporter said: “Russian soldiers killed, this afternoon, Thursday, the 17-year-old Abdel Aziz Khalil Al-Hajar, in the Al-Jura neighborhood in Deir Ezzor.”
The reporter added that four Russian soldiers killed the young man, who is from the town of Sabikhan in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after they had pulled him out of their car , by shooting and crushing him with their car.
The reporter pointed out that some people, who were present in the street, tried to rescue the young man, but he died.
It is noteworthy that Deir ez-Zor governorate recorded several violations by the Russian forces, the most prominent of which was in the second half of 2017, when they killed the young man, “Muhammad Taha Ismail al-Abdullah,” known as “Hammadi al-Bouta,” who was killed by the Wagner militia under torture. The killing was filmed and published on social networking sites.
