Naher Media -DeirEzzor
The Iranian Cultural Center postponed a trip to the shrines in Damascus, which was planned for last Monday for girls from areas controlled by Iranian militias in Deir Ezzor.
Sources for Naher Media said that the reason for the delay was the lack of consent of some girls’ families to travel on trips of this type, especially as travel is for girls over the age of 18 years without accompanying a parent.
movement of the cultural center confirms the Iranian project’s penetration into society in eastern Syria, where this trip was preceded by many activities, including introductory meetings on the Shiite sect and Persian history, and other educational and recreational activities through a group of Iranian and Iraqi female teachers.
